HR & Administration Director Job Responsibilities:

        Develop and deliver a HR Strategy, aligned with corporate strategies, to support implementation of the growth plan and STRAP; Develop programs and strategies to support the long-term business goals and objectives;
        Develop HR strategies and processes to attract, motivate, develop and retain talents needed by business today and tomorrow;
        Provide leadership and consultation to the leadership. Work with the GM to staff an effective leadership team;
        Lead HR department to establish & implement HR programs & initiatives to support business goals in China both short-term and long-term;
        Ensure successful implementation of corporate policies and make sure the local policies aligned with corporate guidelines
        Take care of various agreements/contracts including writing, revising related documents according to company business needs.
        Coordinate the interactions with local government officials, domestic and international companies, intermediary, etc. for company business.
        Take care of administration and organize company meetings.
        Help General Manager to deal with some business affair.

Requirements:
        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Master’s degree in related field preferred
        Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in the field of Human Resources & Administration
        Demonstrated leadership and team behavior consistent with the Company's Behaviors
        .Have working experience of planning/organizing international meeting/activities.
        Have professional experience to work with local government official, domestics and international companies.
        Must have the legal backgrounds and good working experience in negotiating with business partners/customers and drafting out business contracts.
        Have management experience for group/ department and projects, familiar with IC semiconductor industrial environment.
        Demonstrated track record for executing performance objectives and delivering results
        Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix environment
        Self-directed, process oriented, strong business acumen, attention to detail, strong problem solving and decision-making skills, ability to coach
        Must have strong oral/written communication skills
        Ability to interact with all levels of management
        Global experience preferred
