这家企业是一家数字电视领域的美国独资公司的职位，公司在所在领域非常有名气，已经在Nasdaq上市，英文有一定要求，能读写，能听说。薪酬福利发展机会都非常好！
HRD
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include: developing, managing, implementing and administering human resources strategy and solutions for , including organization and leadership development; coaching; performance management and appraisal; compensation; training; employee relations; diversity; and career counseling. This entails developing and driving the people agenda for the organization, analyzing and presenting information to the management team that enables good business decisions; developing, implementing and overseeing the proactive administration of various employee services; etc.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, think outside the box, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems. Must be able to quickly gain knowledge of the business sufficient to make informed recommendations and take action, as appropriate. This action must be framed around driving the business forward and may include employee/manager developmental activity, creative compensation/reward programs, talent planning, diversity programs, change management efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with integrity, and possess the ability to work with all levels of management.
Requirements:
Qualifications should include a minimum of 5 to 6 years directly applicable human resources experience. Prior management experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of local human resource laws is required. Must have excellent leadership, business acumen, consulting, analytical, project management, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills. A BA/BS in Human Resources, Business or related field is required with preference for MBA or MA in HR related field.The position requires highly effective verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is required.
