Our client is an IT powerhouse and its products share a large percentage of the market, globally and in China and they are making great strides in implementing their business strategy that is creating a stir around the world with its ambition and drive.

This is a critical role for this exciting, growing technology organization, this role will be the leader to develop, design, implement and administer the organization’s new C&B projects, to make recommendations for changes and improvements to policy. The role will act as an internal advisor and work closely with the global C&B teams to ensure C&B policies and processes

Responsibilities:

·        Monitoring the organisation's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff, that is externally competitive and internally fair.
·        Be involved in global C&B system integration for post-M&A activities, integration support in all areas, such as Job family identification, Banding system review etc.
·        Carry out projects to determine the effectiveness of various rewards programs.
·        Participate in, practices and processes to meet the C&B needs of each business unit across the group, and in different regions.
·        Suggest C&B policies, rules, and regulations according to company’s HR directory, ensuring these are in line with legal requirements;
·        Strictly follow up and Implement C&B budget for cost control and assist in related analysis.

Requirements:

·        Bachlar degree is reqired, major in HR, finance, economic, sciences or engineering is prefered.
·        Minimum 3 years experience in C&B related filed,  with minimum 5 years professional experience;
·        A broad breadth of experience across all areas of C&B, such as job evaluation, grading system, salary structure, pensions, incentive plans, life assurance, profit-sharing, company cars and medical insurance packages, relocation and expatriate packages, etc.
·        Be the organizations Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits & Rewards technical expert.
·        Project management experience and the ability to work autonomously
·        Prior related experience in multinational environment;
·        Effective and sophisticated interpersonal/communications skills including an excellent command of English, both spoken and written;

Priorities:

·        Experience in C&B system integration projects desirable;
·        Global C&B awareness desirable;
·        Consulting firm expereience would be strongly preferred
·        IT industry experience or similar would be strongly preferred
