1.负责公司薪资与绩效管理体系的制订、优化与实施;
2、负责部门绩效考核的管理与改进
任职资格:
1、5年以上IT企业人力资源管理经验;
2、熟悉IT行业薪酬绩效管理体系;
3、具有前瞻性、战略性的薪资绩效体系的制订能力;
4、具有良好的语言表达能力与沟通能力
5、男性优先
