北京招聘人力资源经理

一家总部在比利时的公司,要在北京招聘人力资源经理职位。

现在公司正在大规模扩张,所以需要该人事经理从体系设计,人事战略等高端管理,到人员招聘分配薪资待遇等各方面全部负责。根据公司发展情况和个人表现,可以发展为International HR Manager (Director).

最基本的要求是:至少8年以上相关工作经验,英文流利。有没有外企经验只要英文好也可以考虑。

具体要求:
Responsibilities:


·
Set up and update group HR & Administration management & operation processes, policies, Labor contract, employee handbook, websites and HR systems based on company business strategy.

·
Design & develop company Organization structure.
Review and develop the Job Description and Job Evaluation system based on the organizational and job analysis with line managers.

·
Set up and implement recruiting plan and coordinate with other departments.

·
Set up human resource development stratagems and aims to provision of learning, development and training opportunities in order to improve employee, team and company performance. Utilize website to create a platform to set up E-learning and E-training program.

·
Establish and maintain effectiveness C&B and rewarding structure and policy. Set up job grade and computerize job evaluation.

·
Establish and promote company’s culture through organizing employee satisfaction measurement, teambuilding program and socializing activities.

·          .Establish and maintain a good public relationship with local government and relevant functional departments.

·
To review and develop the current job appraisal practice to improve performance of individuals and teams within the company.


Requirements:

·
Bachelor degree;
·
More than 10 years working experience in HR management and more than 4 years experience in administration management;
·
Knowledge of national and local Labor Contract;
·
Strong communication skills, Self-directed and systematic;
·
Fluent in English with good reading, writing & oral.
·
Excellent computer skills
