1.客服专员职位
香港太古地产在北京的新地标——三里屯Village,一个悠闲购物的人文街区,正着手招募25名“客服专员”。“客服专员” 悉心担当向顾客提供信息和帮助;与商户保持紧密互动,在第一时间给予他们最有效的支持;并积极协力各种艺术、文化及市场活动的开展。

2. Finance Officer
Responsibilities:
Treasury/Cash Management:
- Liaise with Corporate Treasury and Banks on treasury, forex, fund investment and other banking facilities.
- Ensure weekly cash forecast are submitted.
- Manage payments to contractors and cash collections from customers in conformity with contract terms.
Financial Control/Risk Management:
- Ensure appropriate authority limits, credit control and internal control processes are in place.
- Monitor accounts receivable, and other balances due to the related companies and ensure these amounts are collected on due dates, taking appropriate follow up actions for amounts not received on the due dates and ensuring appropriate reports are available and Management are advised as appropriate.
- Monitor capital expenditure against the pre-approved budget.
- Ensure appropriate Risk Management processes are in place and key risks are understood and managed.
-To provide financial support for the implementation and subsequent running of POS system
-Any ad hoc project
Requirements:
-Relevant accounting certificate/diploma
- Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance
- 3-4 years of relevant experience, previous auditing experience in major accounting firms preferred
-Good PC skills including MS word and Excel
-Good interpersonal skill
-Willing to learn and work under pressure
-Experience in property management and JD Edwards’s system a definite plus


3. Finance Supervisor
Job Purpose:
1. To ensure that the company accounting policies and procedures are implemented and the statutory financial and taxation regulations are always complied with.
2. To accurately record and reflect the company’s transactions,
3. To provide timely, reliable and accurate financial information on a regular basis to shareholders, government related departments and the company management.
4. To properly manage company’s taxation.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Review accounting vouchers in the accounting system
2. Manage AR and the fa piao (发票) printing system-print fa piao to our tenants and submit the total amount to Local Tax Bureau on time
3. Ensure that the Finance Department adopts the SPL accounting policies and procedures and that the accounting records are kept properly and in order.
4. Maintain and continuously enhance accounting system applied in the company.
5. Prepare reliable and accurate monthly management reports required by the company management and SPL on time.
6. Prepare reliable and accurate statutory financial reports complied with PRC GAAP in time. (Monthly, Quarterly and yearly)
7. Prepare financial package to SPL HK finance (half year and yearly)
8. Assist General Manager and Finance manager in coordinating and preparing the Company’s annual budget and three year plan.
9. Manage the company taxation to ensure that the PRC tax regulations are complied with.
10. Any Ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
Relevant accounting certificate / diploma
4- 5 years of relevant experience
Good PC skills including MS Word and Excel
Good interpersonal skill
Willing to learn and work under pressure
Experience in property management and/or real estate industry and JD Edwards system a definite plus


4.工程部技术员---暖通专业
职责描述:
1、熟练掌握施工图纸,对现场提供技术支持,指导施工人员完成专业施工任务
2、监测工地空调、通风、排风设备的施工状态,及时发现问题并解决
3、项目工地其他相关工作
任职要求:
1、暖通专业学历应届毕业生,有实习经验者优先考虑
2、具有良好的现场协调管理、沟通能力,能解决施工现场存在的专业技术问题
3、身体健康,工作认真负责,具备良好的团队管理能力
4、完成上级分配的工作任务


5. Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
-Media Relations:
• Developing and maintaining good working relations with media, including local and international newspapers, magazines, radio & television and etc.
• Response to media inquiries
-Writing & Editing:
•  Writing & editing PR materials including press releases, news articles, fact sheets, -Q&A and etc
•   Preparing/editing communication & marketing collaterals
•   Managing on line communications such as website, SLTV blog(participate other relevant industry blogs if  necessary)
-PR & Marketing Promotion Activities:
•    Implementation of press event, media gathering, media photo shooting, media visits as well as other marketing  promotion activities
-Marketing Research:
•    Daily news monitoring
-Other jobs:
The above key areas, responsibilities and activities reflect the items considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job identified and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that maybe inherent in the job.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Communications/Journalism/English and other related majors.
•    Good communication skills
•    Strong ability to multi-task
•    Ability to cope with pressure
•    Around two years of relevant experience.
•    Excellent written & spoken English
•    Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point, and etc)

6. Marketing Assistant - Event and Promotion team
Job Description
Tenant’s liaison
-Tenant’s information collection and management
-Handle the simple tenants consultation
-Help other team to communicate with tenants about PR, advertising, etc.
-Update the weekly report, tenant’s opening schedule and other forms
-Handle tenant’s varied application, such as event, leaflet distribution, photo shoot, etc.

Promotion
-Handle Tenant’s exhibitions and events
-Communicate with internal department
-Communicate with tenants and tenant’s agency
-Help Marketing officer to liaise with tenants to develop joint promotion and sponsorship program

Administration
-Meeting arrangement
-Take meeting Minutes
-Payment arrangement
-Filing

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
-1 year experience in marketing field
-Good communication and organizational skills
-Good spoken and written English
-Good PC skills such as Word and Powerpoint

-Able to work independently and under pressure
