新手求职~~希望大虾指教
新手第一次发贴，希望各位大虾不吝赐教。我是一名心理学专业的大三学生，毕业以后想往人力方面发展，虽然专业的发展方向上提到过可以从人力方面发展，但是毕竟不是科班出身，加上学校也不是什么一流名校，现在想一想，觉得两年之后去找工作很没有底气，所以想请教一下各位大虾，现在大学中能为找工作铺垫的有哪些，需不需要考一些证，各位有丰富招聘经验的大大们能否告知一下，如何过投简历这一关，进入面试？你们在审视新入行的菜鸟的时候最看重的是什么？理性思维？或者是大学的经历？学生会这种东西有用么？还是很多的职业证书？
因为是新人，不太了解规矩，看到有招聘选拔板块就把帖子发到这里了，如有错误请斑竹原谅

楼主，其实每个人不管是老板或者是专家都有其作为新手的时候，没有人一生出来就是就是有背景的，都是需要靠自己打拼的，学校的背景在求职时是会被考量，但绝对不是主要的，主要的是什么？你的IQ和你的EQ，自信是使你成功的的前提条件。谢谢你的论坛的支持！

斑竹的话我明白，我想知道的是最开始投简历的时候面对n万个竞争对手，如何才能脱颖而出被用人单位看中呢。作为一个还未步入社会的学生，我想多了解一下招聘和职业得相关事情~~~~

1、基本素质：（沟通能力、主动性、团队精神、人际理解能力等）2、职业素质：（人力资源基本框架理论、法律法规等）
3、实践经历：（是否有过相关的操作实务，例：当地社保的办理流程、相关的实践实习经验等）
最后，非hr专业对于第一份工作起点不要定得太高，要有从中小企业做起的心理准备。

每个企业在做招聘时都会倾向于不同的标准。我们公司招聘大学生时，就倾向于用情景面试法，测能力模型。对于学历与经验倒是次要看重的，毕竟我们要的是大学生，不是职专生。
至于简历方面，网上教人怎么写简历的文章铺天盖地，楼主可以到智联上随便搜索一下。
