新手求职~~希望大虾指教

新手第一次发贴,希望各位大虾不吝赐教。

       我是一名心理学专业的大三学生,毕业以后想往人力方面发展,虽然专业的发展方向上提到过可以从人力方面发展,但是毕竟不是科班出身,加上学校也不是什么一流名校,现在想一想,觉得两年之后去找工作很没有底气,所以想请教一下各位大虾,现在大学中能为找工作铺垫的有哪些,需不需要考一些证,各位有丰富招聘经验的大大们能否告知一下,如何过投简历这一关,进入面试?你们在审视新入行的菜鸟的时候最看重的是什么?理性思维?或者是大学的经历?学生会这种东西有用么?还是很多的职业证书?


      因为是新人,不太了解规矩,看到有招聘选拔板块就把帖子发到这里了,如有错误请斑竹原谅

楼主,其实每个人不管是老板或者是专家都有其作为新手的时候,没有人一生出来就是就是有背景的,都是需要靠自己打拼的,学校的背景在求职时是会被考量,但绝对不是主要的,主要的是什么?你的IQ和你的EQ,自信是使你成功的的前提条件。

斑竹的话我明白,我想知道的是最开始投简历的时候面对n万个竞争对手,如何才能脱颖而出被用人单位看中呢。
作为一个还未步入社会的学生,我想多了解一下招聘和职业得相关事情~~~~

1、基本素质:(沟通能力、主动性、团队精神、人际理解能力等)
2、职业素质:(人力资源基本框架理论、法律法规等)
3、实践经历:(是否有过相关的操作实务,例:当地社保的办理流程、相关的实践实习经验等)

最后,非hr专业对于第一份工作起点不要定得太高,要有从中小企业做起的心理准备。

每个企业在做招聘时都会倾向于不同的标准。我们公司招聘大学生时,就倾向于用情景面试法,测能力模型。
对于学历与经验倒是次要看重的,毕竟我们要的是大学生,不是职专生。
至于简历方面,网上教人怎么写简历的文章铺天盖地,楼主可以到智联上随便搜索一下。
