ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide Human Resource Generalist support for several teams within the Power Plant Systems organization. Work closely with client managers and HR Manager to shape and manage organizational change.
* Lead key HR processes for client groups including staffing, organization design, employee development, succession planning, salary planning, performance management, EMS & Session C.
* Lead the recruitment, interviewing, selection, and retention and leadership development activities within the client organization to ensure that the necessary capabilities are acquired, developed and deployed.
* Provide leadership on change initiatives including contingent workforce usage, and integration.
* Provide HR guidance and counsel to management and employees with special emphasis on employee relations issues, leadership development and performance management.
* Provide HR counsel to Managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of policies and practices; investigate employee workplace situations including claims of harassment, discrimination and policy violations.
* Provide advice and consultation for employee population in areas including but not limited to: policy interpretation, performance coaching, conflict resolution, and career development.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree in business, human resources or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of human resource generalist experience with strong knowledge of employee relations.
* Solid expertise, with at least 3 years in HR functional areas including performance management, staffing, training and compensation.

* Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast-paced, high change environment.
