广东困难企业可获三项补贴
根据新规定,2009年,广东省困难企业采取在岗培训、轮班工作、协商薪酬等办法稳定员工队伍,并保证不裁员或少裁员的,可视为稳定就业岗位,<br><font face="宋体"><span><font size="3">记者日前从广东省劳动和社会保障厅获悉,为切实帮助困难企业增强抵御金融危机的能力,广东省最近出台政策,允许困难企业在一定期限内缓缴社会保险费,而且为困难企业提供社会保险补贴、岗位补贴、在岗职工职业技能培训补贴。<br></font><br><p><font size="3"> 新政策规定,各地级以上市在确保社会保险待遇按时足额发放、社会保险基金不出现缺口的前提下,对暂时无力缴纳社会保险费的困难企业,可申请在一<br>定期限内缓缴养老、失业、医疗、工伤和生育保险费。缓缴执行期暂定为2009年1月至6月,缓缴期限最长不超过6个月。据测算,五个险种全部缓缴后,将可<br>为全省企业增加流动资金约10亿元。</font></p><br><p><font size="3"> 为鼓励困难企业稳定就业岗位,广东提出通过扩大失业保险基金使用范围等办法,对困难企业实行社会保险补贴、岗位补贴、在岗职工职业技能培训补贴。</font></p><p><font size="3"> <br></font></p><p><font size="3"> 并申请享受社会保险补贴或岗位补贴;此外,困难企业组织在岗职工开展技能提升、转业转岗、安全生产等方面职业技能培训的,培训所需资金按照规定从企业职工<br>教育培训经费中列支,不足部分可申请在岗职工职业技能培训补贴。<br></font></p></span></font>回复: 广东困难企业可获三项补贴
