<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><FONT color=darkorange>所以首先是如何确定企业培训需求,主要包括两个层面的需求,一个是参加培训人员的层面,比如一个销售培训,就需要了解销售人员的需求,工作中遇到了什么问题,哪些方面还需要提高等等。一个是组织层面,即企业的需求,企业的需求不一定和参加培训人员的需求相同,有些时候,企业可能更希望通过培训去引导员工一些做事的观念和思维,希望通过外来的和尚能更好的念经,从而得到员工的更好的认同,推进体系的建设。培训需求是几个层面需求的综合体。</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><FONT color=darkorange>小组成员们首先要做的事是确定对培训供应商的考察项目和权重及评判标准,考察项目不外乎培训课程内容、培训供应商实力、服务质量、培训师能力经验、授课技能、已培训客户的反馈口碑、价格等,至于各个项目的权重,不同企业不同培训都不一样,具体得看企业和培训人员希望从此次培训中得到什么,比如主要是解决工作中问题的,那么培训课程的内容是否符合需求会占较大的权重,有些时候也要考虑性价比和培训后续的服务,因此可以更多的考虑价格和服务质量所占的权重,等等。</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><FONT color=darkorange><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">然后就是约各家培训供应商和讲师来企业和考察小组见面交流(其实是被考察)了,形式可以自由一些,也可以较正式,各企业可自行确定,通过交谈,考察小组询问培训供应商代表和讲师各方面的问题(参加培训人员代表问专业问题,培训负责人问培训流程、服务、价格等),然后根据他们的回答给予评分,在分数统计和比较后,最终确定</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US XML:LANG="EN-US">1</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">家培训机构作为此次培训的供应商。这里不再赘述。</SPAN></FONT></P>
