<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 28pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>7.</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">及时发现施工中存在的问题并及时处理。对质量事故，必须向公司及有关上级部门反映，合理处理。属现场管理人员人为造成的工程事故，应追究当事人的责任，造成经济损失的，按奖罚制度进行奖罚，触犯刑律的，交由司法部门处理。</SPAN></P>
