从依赖走向互赖

回复：从依赖走向互赖
“人”字的结构就是相互依赖。在这个依赖的结构中，人要学会平衡，否则会一边倒。
其实，人也需要适当被依赖，这就为我们创造满足感，价值感，成就感。
企业在依赖员工的时候，也应该适当的让员工有一种被依赖，被倚重的感受。这样的企业在留人，用人上恐怕会做的更好。
