怎么说呢,我觉得主要是看企业对HR工作的深度和范围的要求,比如说我,企业500号人,但对于HR的概念却是少之又少,只要求了一些人事行政管理方面的范围,对于什么考核,培训等其它的,并没有做过多的要求回复:你做好升职为HR经理的准备了吗-------写给HR主管
