     我个人观点是如果企业不愿意花这笔钱的情况下,必须改变原有的薪资体系及奖励方式,以教育为主,惩罚为辅。大力宣导企业文化,提高员工工作积极性,还有就是制订明确的岗位职责,以岗位职责为依据选拔优秀员工,并且提拔。这样不仅可以鼓励员工,还可以留住更多的优秀人员。
  其实这个经济危机的情况下,员工也像企业一样不会随意投资,即使让员工看到公司有一线希望都不会随便跳槽,跳槽后不一定能选择比这个岗位更好的,另,很多企业实习期比较长,而且随时都有可能试用期不合格。所以我相信调整企业现行模式,一定能留住有用之人才。

从咨询公司提供的资料看,该公司应该是人力资源制度不太健全,或者没有很好执行。
不管怎样改变,首先管理者要先改变思想,以身作则,将新政策坚持下去

企业留人先留心
一个公司最高领导是关键,领导如何做事情,下边中层在观望,底下的员工会看到领导的做事。
唐骏在微软期间,每一个公司新员工都经过唐骏的面试,不是说只有唐骏拍板才能进人,而是这种做法传达给公司员工一个信号,就是公司对待每个人都很重视。
唐骏在每名员工试用期满的时候都发一封祝贺信,员工收到信会怎么想
有些地方老板以身作则,最高领导做的一点小事,到员工心里都能变成大事。公司要求员工不能在办公区就餐,气味不好,可是公司没有给员工准备就餐区,员工怎么办,而且老板每天上班,还有两个人伺候,水果洗好,去皮,吃的摆放好。公司领导觉得中午开会没时间吃饭下午叫个外卖过来吃,可要求员工不能在办公区吃饭,领导带头破坏,员工心里能没有想法。

大环境不好,公司财政紧缩,可是很多人工作不仅仅是为了钱,可能想提升自己,可能想做出点成绩,可能想得到公司领导的赏识。可公司总想着迟到要扣钱,绩效不长只扣钱,入职以后工资很少调整,每年没有加薪晋升的机会,员工还有激情去工作吗。

员工工作也希望有一个安全稳定的环境,也希望公司有发展空间,暂时的底薪低职都可以忍耐,但公司如何发展,公司的战略是什么,公司近期有什么动向,一切都被当做机密,员工心里也没底。
