<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"> 有一次XX企业经营部门招聘客户经理，参加人员有企业内部报名的，也有外部招聘的，还有他们本部门优秀员工（做常模用）。<BR>PCP测评系统能够得出的分析报告如下：<BR>…………<BR>从上面的图表可以看出，XX企业该岗位所需求性格维度为：好奇的人、最后优胜者、…………。<BR>作为参加招聘的人选，性格维度匹配度从高到低依次为：<BR>100％性格维度匹配的人员：XXX、XXX、XXX、……<BR>66％性格维度匹配的人员：XXX、XXX、XXX、……<BR>33％性格维度匹配的人员：XXX、XXX、XXX、……<BR>…………<BR>根据XX企业客户经理岗位说明书分析，在招聘阶段，如果员工任一性格维度，作为男性，最高分值低于85％，作为女性，最高分值低于75％，则表现出他们对这个岗位的渴望度不高，到达这个岗位后，工作主动性、自我超越的表现一般。高于这些分值的，分值越高，主动性越强。<BR>其中XX、 XX、 XX、 XX、 ……等的情绪值非常高，高于96％，表明他们非常期望得到这个职位，同时有非常强烈的表现欲望，能够尽快进入角色。但是需要密切关注他们的情绪变化，如果在半年、一年后，他们的最高情绪值低于80％，人力资源部门和他的主管需要尽快分析他情绪低落的原因，预防对公司造成损失。</SPAN></P>
