:) 薪酬要看行业、看企业规模、看地区、看职位，我见过2000多的HRM，也见过50万HRM，见过4000多HRD，也见过200万的HRD

所以啦，你也强调有那么多客观因素限制薪酬的水平，我们的待遇不是低，而是客观的反应着一个实际情况而已。高低只是相对而言啊。
