这么多问题啊，我选一个回答下，呵呵....结合法律法规和我公司的制度，探亲假是员工提出来了，公司就得批准，跟年休假不一样，年休假是公司必须主动安排员工年休假，我公司的探亲假制度是如果因工作任务重的原因不能批准员工探亲假，就安排员工的配偶亲人来探亲，报销路费，并且公司会安排人去见下员工的配偶或父母，希望也感谢他们对我公司员工工作的理解与支持，呵呵，我个人认为这规定还是不错的，也听听大家的看法咯:Z

2  非类似婚丧病这种不可替代的假，一般是可以的
3  国务院有规定

你们是国企嘛?国企有探亲假的要求。此外按《劳动合同法》走个程序别忘了。
