随着现在生活节奏加快,环境改变,80后进入生育高峰期。不知是真是假,反正我们公司最近2年女职工一旦怀孕,从第2个月开始就能持医生开的诊断书:从先兆流产、孕中期保胎、后期保胎,建议休息。每次一开就是半个月,假期一到就拿一张来,我们真是拿她们没办法。也不知医生是怎么搞的。目前也想法了处理:与保胎女职工协商,发850*60%的基本生活费,供代保保险用,暂停缴公积金(正常上班后恢复),除正常产假外休假超过6个月的重新按新员工试用考核。不知做得合不合法,对不对,仅供参考。

<P>恩,谢谢分享。我最终找到了当地劳动保障仲裁处的人咨询,称按照病假操作没问题。而且了解到,不少的央企也都是按照病假来做,只是企业可以把年假先给抵用了,这样比较稳妥。</P>
