媒体称香港法院冻结黄光裕16亿港币资产
<P> 中新网8月7日电 据香港文汇报报道，因卷入贪污案被内地扣查的国美电器（2.46,-0.11,-4.28%）创办人兼前主席黄光裕及妻子杜鹃，被香港证监会入禀高等法院，指他们在交易时诈骗，要求法庭颁禁制令，禁止他们以及他们操控的2间公司，在港动用超过16亿5千多万元(港元，下同)的资产，以及要他们向法庭交出同等价值的国美电器股份。</P><P> 而据该报援引外报的报道称，法院已颁令冻结黄光裕16.5亿资产。</P>
<P> 原讼为证监会，被告依次为黄光裕、杜鹃，以及Shinning Crown Holdings INC和长域有限公司(Shine Group Limited)。</P>
<P> 根据证监会的入禀状，他们要求法庭下令，被告违反《证券及期货条例》的“涉及在证券、期货合约或杠杆式外汇交易方面使用欺诈或欺骗手段等的罪行”，以及他们向国美电器控股有限公司赔偿损失。</P>
<P> 入禀状称，除了10万元或以下的讼诉费用外，禁止4名被告处理或转移在港的超过16亿5千5百多万的资产，包括入禀状列出的持有股票，以及4名被告名下的20个户口。若资产超过此价值，他们可动用多余的资产，但动用后资产必须维持在16亿5千5百万以上。此外，证监会要求4名被告将手上的价值16亿5千5百多万的国美电器股票，交予法庭。</P>
