<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21pt"><FONT color=sienna><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt">据此，笔者认为，如果能够构建一个贯穿学生、学校、企业三方的良好平台，通过该平台能够促进大学生就业，改善学校教学环境，提高企业在用人机制上的灵活性，这样的平台一定可以做到企业、学校、学生的“三赢”。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
