我是做薪酬的。企业需要一定的人员流失。
    节约人力成本最好的方式就是把工作内容制度化,形成有效的文件,确定人员招聘起点要求,然后找具备学习能力的非人才来做这个事情。
    OK,等他完全会了。OK,他的待遇也要求很高了。如果没有晋升空间,确实该让他走的。

这个很好,培训新员工一般都比转化一个老员工的成本高。
