对销售人员编制,应以年销售任务来定,预计每个销售人员一年能完成多少目标,大概可以算出这个区域销售人员的配备;非成熟区域因为前期业务开展较难,不易出业绩,所以人员配备上比成熟区域要多一点.回复:人员编制和招聘管理制度
