关于绩效考核中考核系数的想法

感觉有点复杂,如果实行这样的操作,对绩效指标的设置、系数的设置都有较高的要求。在这样的操作方法下,绩效沟通会显得极其重要,前期沟通指标系数构成,后期进行绩效反馈,对于HR和部门主管的要求都相应提高了许多。

<P>C1﹢C2﹢C3不等于1,那是每个指标的得分,C1权重+C2权重+C3权重=1,我觉得楼主是这个意思</P>
