I agree.
English is becoming more and more important to find a satisfied job in JV.These days I am interviewing some condadates for a position in Mkt. Some guys really have the potential in Mkt, but if he/she cannot communicate with the supervisor in English, definately the chance passes by, cause the head of Mkt Dept is always foreigners in JV.
And thanks, I learn a new phrase pigeon-house.
