这是目前让我比较头疼的,很多新任经理缺乏面试经验,面试过程中很随意,有时甚至有点猥琐,面试前自己也缺乏相应的准备,面试时经常凭感觉判断。想对他们进行招聘管理和技巧培训,但自己有点懒得做!
