员工工伤期间，用人单位是要按照正常工作来发放工资的，员工离职就停发工资。现在怎么会他已经在另一家单位上班了，还要停工留薪期的工资？员工在停工留薪期内，用人单位是不得解除或终止劳动关系的，如果单位违反了该规定，应恢复劳动关系并支付期间的正常工资，或依照劳动合同法48条的规定支付赔偿金。如果是员工主动提出离职的，只需依照工伤保险条例支付一次性就业补助金和一次性医疗补助金就可以了啊。:O关于停工留薪期，我仅知道广州市的规定，广州市根据不同的伤残情况，规定了不同期限的停工留薪期，这个规定也是在工伤保险条例的规定下，做的细分（一般不超过12个月），但很多地方是没有这种细分的，不知道你们所属地方是否有这种规定。

法院判决：法院审理后认为，职工在停工留薪期内，原工资福利待遇不变，由所在单位发放，工伤人员评定伤残等级后，停发原待遇。靳某之伤定残日为2009年5月16日，现靳某要求8个月停工留薪期，与法无悖，应予支持；公司认为应从2008年9月至2009年2月的计算方法，无法律依据。即使靳某存在到它处工作的事实，领取报酬也是靳某应得的劳动所得，而不能减轻公司作为用人单位的职责。扣除靳某已获赔的误工费15000元后，公司应支付靳某停工留薪期工资25000元。2010年1月13日，法院作出判决，判决公司支付靳某停工留薪期工资人民币25000元。
