<P>大纲比较简单，不过毕竟是大纲嘛。我只是想让领导看看我的思路对不对，能不能按照这个框架继续下去。</P>
<P>可是领导不满意，觉得这个大纲比较传统，没有啥创新。也体现不出我对企业文化是否有全面的了解和对公司企业文化建设的看法。</P>

1、选择价值标准
符合公司的宗旨、管理战略、发展方向
2、强化员工认同
经过多方面的宣传，还要切实做到文化理念使员工认可、接纳
二、企业文化的提炼
根据企业文化的评估内容，提炼出企业文化的精华。
三、企业文化的强化
1、巩固落实：把企业文化制度、奖罚分明
2、丰富发展：通过企业文化宣传栏、信息简报、VI系统等各种方式把企业文化渗透到企业的各个角落及规范员工的一言一行。
