一、总经理要求你调整新一年的人力资源规划，你会如何进行调整？
---首先要根据公司在新一年的计划和战略，拟定发展人员数，例如如果要在C++或者JAVA方面增人员的，就要看看现在闲置的这批人员里面找出尚有能力的人员，做出保留。其他新进人员应该根据当地市场或者公司发展潜力来计划。

二、需要减员20%，按总经理的要求，你会如何去拟定裁员方案，请列出你的行动方案并说明理由？

--首先召开会议，跟各部门主管确认裁员名单，包括现有闲置人员，以及闲置太久的人员，考虑技术等其他方面的原因，定出人员和名单。其次按照合理的法律要求，制作补偿金计划，向总经理申请。最后让部门主管和这些员工做好离职面谈和工作交接。

三、附加题：A通过自已的努力并抓住了机会，已经是公司的HRM，但工作之余，A对自已未来的目标有些迷茫，请对其未来的职业规划提出您的参考意见。

这个话题属于没有最好，只有更好。。。。。。
抛砖引玉，提几个思路：
1、关于人力资源规划的制定与修改，必定是以业务为基础的，因此，从业务层面着手去考虑似乎是必然的。那么，如何操作才能让各个部门心甘情愿地去修改或认同呢？最后方案中20%的数字是如何出来的呢？
2、第二个问题的重点有二个：一是如何确认各部门的裁员人数及具体人员的确定？二是按老总的要求，如何把这项工作做到最平稳、而且成本是老总能够认可的？这里，可以从裁员的各种方式去考虑。
再呼吁一下，这个话题相对开放，没有准确答案，也不可能尽善尽美，只能是集思广益，也欢迎大家把平时碰到的此类问题加入讨论，丰富话题。
我会在活动结束时综合大家的思想，总结一份相对具有实操性的方案。

关于裁员费用如何可以更节省一点：
首先，查找合同即将到期的人员名单，发放意向书，如果员工自己觉得企业前景不乐观，自愿到期解除的，且企业没有意愿留住的，那这部分人正好可以来凑个数，企业还不需要赔偿。如果员工想留下，企业不愿意续约的，可以在合同到期时解除，这时候企业只需要赔付一个月的工资。
其次，主要裁掉工资低且新进的员工吧，这部分人的能力相对弱些，赔偿的基数低且年限少，从短期的绝对值来看，肯定最省。部分能力突出的新进员工还是可以保留的。
最后，跳出工作能力和态度差的，从薪水相对高年限相对少的那部分开始裁，从中期来看裁掉这些人的费用最省，因为省却了后续每个月发放的高薪。
