关于talent pipeline 的意思

    最近在翻译中遇到这个专业词汇，不是人才渠道的意思，又想不到更好的解释，希望擅长英语的HR能够帮忙解释下。
附英文解释： 有时也会用candidate pipline
a talent pipeline is a defined group of pre-qualified, pre-screened candidates matching our business’ requirements who we have built great relationships with that are ready for referral when the right opportunity occurs.’
