各位同仁，请问最低工资是不是应该扣除职工个人应缴纳的养老金、公积金、医疗保险金后的数。

最低工资是当地政府发布的工资标准，是缴纳的养老金、公积金、医疗保险的最低基数。

the minimum wage is the net you get,if your wage is less than the minimum wage,then the company you work for should give you pension,ill funds,but the housing fund is not must.all the money is paid by your company.
what you get is more than the minimum wage.
