Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
-
Plan & Implement MSTC (Microsoft Technology Center) development activities, like classroom training, live-meeting (remote) training and etc.
-
Communicate internally and externally to make sure get resources well coordinated and leveraged.
-
Understand MSTC business, prioritize requirements from lead and local teams, and identify improvement opportunities.
-
Ensure project deliverables and documentation completed within required timeline and planned resource.
-
Track enablement results to find fine-tuning areas for each MSTC.
-
Help MSTC to join and maintain GCP certificate.
Qualifications:
-
Demonstrated high proficiency of project/program management experience.
-
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
-
Competent in planning, organizing and coordinating.
-
3+ working experience in international company, training background preferred.
-
Bachelor's degree or above in business or computer.
