Requirements,
Bachelor and above degree in HR management or related major
At least 6 years HR experience and 3 years managerial experience with corporate exposurein MNC
Good commend of both written and oral English
Good HR acumen sense, creative with C & B flair & people oriented
Strong data analysis sense and good inter communication skills
SUMMARY: Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to, development and management of the strategic supply base within the assigned commodity(s) for supply of required materials to ensure total customer satisfaction while ensuring cost, lead time and quality targets are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Establish long-term relationships with Strategic Suppliers that place Laird in a lead position with its suppliers thereby assuring continuity of supply and best in class quality and pricing to provide advantage to Laird and its customers.
2.Guide the selection, development, and management of Strategic Suppliers to meet commodity cost and performance goals, with emphasis placed on ability to identify cost targets for relevant technology and product roadmaps.
3.Monitor current commodity market conditions/trends, technology roadmaps, and identify supply/demand challenges. Develop, implement and communicate tactical and strategic commodity plans internally and to Laird suppliers as appropriate.
4.Work with Product Introduction process to coordinate sourcing strategies and ensure a smooth and timely manufacturing ramp on new programs.
5.Provide technical assistance to new product development, product enhancement teams, site and local purchasing teams and plant materials management teams.
6.Management of supplier performance ratings.
7.Communicate forecast information to critical suppliers regularly
8.Negotiating and administration of purchasing contracts
9.Make or buy policy analysis and decisions
10.Outsourcing strategy/development/management
11.Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management
12.International trading issues/imports/legal, awareness and management
13.Drive productivity gains (cost savings) to improve project and service margins through negotiations and competitive bidding, minimize defects and delays.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Analytical, problem solving, team building, strategic planning and change management skills
2.Basic computer skills
3.Good organizational, analytical and communication skills
4.Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
5.Complete understanding and experience with integrated manufacturing software systems, i.e. ERP, MRP
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1.BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
2.10 years previous inventory, production control, and/or supervisory experience
3.5 years Management experience
4.CPIM, CPM preferred

Working Location: Hong Kong or Shenzhen
Compensation and Benefit: Monthly salary refers from 10,000RMB to 15,000RMB before tax, all depending on applicant's qualification.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop pay philosophy, total remuneration strategy, system and structure.
2. Conduct market C&B research and trend analysis, and maintain internal balance by providing guideline and counseling to ensure competitive C&B package to attract, motivate and retain qualified people.
3. Regularly review and update C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

5. Experience with SAP HR system is preferable.
