We recruit for a large US company, leader in technology products, an experienced profile to work in the Human Resources Team.
Hiring Requirement
~ Bachelor degree and above preferably majoring in Human Resource Management, MBA or Management
~ 3+ years working experience with expertise in staffing in multinational companies
~ Project management experience
~ Experienced in creating or organizing or managing candidates database.
~ Strong communication skills in Chinese & English
If you are hired, you will be responsible for the recruitment of niche and specialty skills, including effective management of both candidate and client relationships. Located in Shanghai. Report to staffing leader.
