P" P# g' b; t2 a. z9 u) C•Responsible for managing employees relations for , including but not limited to employee retention initiatives & communication programmes, interpretation of local labor laws & global policies, supervisory training on employee matters, & audit of employee relation policy implementation.# @% b& o6 |" _2 n% o
•Work with the relevant local Labor Bureau and other government authority to ensure legal compliance.
7 ~! v1 Q7 N; u1 G•Support the implementation of Global HR products and services or any regional ER projects.) d- J( y/ A; j5 E' q/ m
•Establish/maintain employee survey and feedback system, conduct employee surveys and exit interviews to identify problems and solutions. 5 h8 o9 I4 M! q8 N% }% C
•Deal with employees’ complaints; advise management on employee disciplinary actions, performance problems, and other issues to resolve disputes. Manage terminations and dismissals efficiently and provide advice to the management as to the cost effective path to pursue.

Requirements:
4 w G. @4 r& Z( h( S, Y8 [8 D& _9 Q' u! b9 }. V- {% u" o8 s•Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of overall HR experience including no less than 2 years of directly related ER experience.

•At least 2 years of supervisory experience.* I) Z! h& U- y
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
