[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、期权最初涵盖的股份总数：公司授予高级行政人员的期权最初涵盖的股份总数应为叁万股整（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]30,000[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）股，并可根据《[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2006 [/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]股票激励计划》进行调整。高级行政人员只能对期权最初涵盖的股份总数中已实授的部分行使期权。[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size]

[font=宋体][size=12pt]数在授予日之后的第一、第二、第三、第四个和第五个周年日应分别有百分[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=12pt]部分应由公司撤销，而无须支付对价。高级行政人员与公司之间的雇佣关系[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=12pt]终止后，期权的已实授部分在行权期限内仍可被行权。[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size]

[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]. [/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]公司非因高级行政人员过错而终止与高级行政人员的雇佣关系之日后的六个[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=12pt]月；及公司因高级行政人员的过错而终止与高级行政人员的雇佣关系之日或高级行政人员因任何原因自行终止雇佣关系之日。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
