标题: 找到合适的人很难,大家有没有更好的渠道?
现在找到合适的人真的很难。光靠除了高端职位用猎头外,其他的职位目前靠招聘的网站已经不能解决问题了,主动搜索基本上也成功率不高,各位同行有没有更好的一些渠道呢? 我现在正在尝试着在各个BBS上发一些相关的招聘广告,但是吸引的往往是应届毕业生比较多。 目前急聘的职位有市场部、财务部和客服部职位,请大家帮忙推荐一下,谢谢!

有同感啊。有时候在想,我们能不能也做一个猎头,跟优秀的人才建立长期联系,不过又不知道如何能找到他们。

1、组织人才沙龙活动,白领很寂寞的 2、HR圈子也要 建立起来,互通有无 3、BBS可以着意研究那些潜水,但偶尔说句经典话的人 4、大学中管理学的教授(很多是做项目的),认识的人中不乏优秀者 5、优秀员工举荐(一定要有激励机制) 注意:不要在BBS上乱发,否则一般以为是很不正规的公司,影响公司品牌形象。

我也遇到同样的问题,我们是医疗行业的,在网上收集到的简历真是少得可怜啊,去人才市场的又都是应届毕业生的多,资深医生真是难招啊:-| :(

我这边其实每天也能收到不少简历,可是合适的少之又少。 每天在网站上匿名搜索吧,一般打过去电话,人家都不愿考虑,俗话说上杆子不是买卖嘛,这也可以理解。 现在每天都去水木清华、北外星光、核桃林等BBS发招聘帖子,虽然能得到一些简历,但是这样做确实会损坏公司的品牌。 其实不一定高端职位需要用猎头,有的时候,普通的部门秘书都是很难找的,用人部门比来比去,选人的条件就越来越高~~~~ 总之,找人不容易啊
