[font=宋体][size=12pt]二、乙方在甲方实习期间，乙方必须服从甲方的管理，认真执行甲方各项规章制度。由于乙方过失或故意所为，给甲方或外派单位造成损失，甲方有权要求乙方赔偿。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
