Reports to: Shanghai/Beijing Director

China Select 善择 specialises in talent assessment, providing high quality psychometric tests and related professional training to people and organizations in China. This young company now offers the opportunity for an entrepreneurial business manager to drive its growth in the North East.

Task

To grow and develop China Select’s business in Liaoning Province.

Job Responsibilities

1. Business planning

2. Promoting China Select products and services to potential clients

3. Providing expert advice on talent assessment solutions

4. Project management

5. Supervising accounting and business administration

6. Building up a local China Select team

Experience, Qualifications & Skills

1. At least 5 year’s HR/business work

2. Experience in talent assessment or with talent assessment tools

3. Master’s degree

4. Good spoken and written English

5. Good IT skills

岗位职责：

1. 业务发展计划

2. 对潜在客户推广China Select善择的产品和服务

3. 在人才测评解决方案上提出专业意见

4. 项目管理

5. 监督会计和商业管理

6. 在沈阳建立一个本地的China Select善择的团队

工作经验要求：

1. 至少5年的人力资源或营销工作相关的工作经验

2. 拥有人才测评或人才测评工具的相关经验

3. 硕士学位

4. 良好的英语口语和书写能力

5. 良好的计算机操作技能
