公司在深圳，最近接手社保，刚好接待完社保局的社保审计，发现公司只为深户购买失业保险，非深户员工未够买，出现了审计问题。

请教：

1.在深圳一定必须要为所有员工购买失业保险吗？有不用为非深户购买失业保险的依据吗？

2.有员工说在老家购买了保险不愿在公司购买，买了也无法转续，这到底该怎么办？

3.社保购买基数的依据是什么？仅仅是工资吗？

详情可向社保局咨询一下啊，当然社保网上也都会有的！ ; L# [7 O6 p- A0 J/ D$ H7 D深圳对于社会保险的管理力度比其他地方要强，这些必须按要求去做好的！

All the social insurance types is applicable to all the Chinese employees; but if the employee is non-Chinese, the unemployment is not applicable;$ `/ W' u( o: N1 F! u 2. If the employee has contributed the social insurance in some other cities, especially the endowment insruance, he/she must ask the local social insurance bureau to issue some verification letter;.
