工作制：5天（会巡夜场，不定时工作制）
奖金：每3个月有1个月的季度奖，另外年终有1～2个月奖金（不固定）

行业背景要求：酒水、饮料或其他快消品行业销售出身，有一定英文能力。
主要工作职责：
1. Formulate, implement, control and evaluate business plans and strategies to achieve the sales targets in assigned region or city：
2. Collect first hand information on competitors’ marketing and sales activities and suggest proper counter action to address issues identified：
3. Explore sales opportunities in new/developing markets and put forward development proposals and recommendations：
4. Monitor the progress and review the impacts to ensure all sales related activities are functioned properly：
5. Lead and participate in regional projects：
6. Review sales, distribution and trade activities performance and support necessary corrections.
任职要求和条件：
1. Bachelor Degree, preferably major in Commercial, Sales Development, Marketing etc：
2. More than 5 years sales management experience in FMCG industry and beer industry experience is preferred：
3. A combination of marketing and sales experience is a plus：
4. Strong sales and marketing management, leadership and communication skills：
5. Work independently and flexibly, good adaptability, work under pressure in a constantly changing business environment：
6. Action-oriented and capable of implementing and following up：
7. High work capacity and team-oriented：
8. Good English and Chinese communication/presentation skills both verbally and written：
9. Good PC capabilities.
