  t  `( S, ^9 u) K* F前期帮朋友找寻一个HR主管，发现应聘的虽有数百人之多，但经过简历筛选和面试等环节，符合要求的却是少之又少；可是却经常看到有同行热切地询问如何学习才能快速成为专业的HR，而每当有人共享一个文档，那下载者也是趋之若鹜，看来，拥有良好学习态度与达到结果之间还是有相当的反差。0 U/ h6 X& Y' d2 P# c) o3 W

因此，在这儿给想要学习并立志于HR之路的同道中人几点建议：

一、在想要走这条路之路之前，先问自己几个问题：

5.我真的做好接受考验的准备了吗？我具备了工作中可能“大家好的时候没人念及HR，大家不好的时候都抱怨HR”的勇气了吗？8 \; S1 T5 y! d
6.如果做了几年没有上位或者没有成就感，我会后悔没有做其他的选择吗？* r' P% Y) V4 D3 l4 U9 G* y

二、工作本身是最好的学习。# l3 R/ T& h* X' W
想走这条路又恰好做着HR的工作的，那么先从工作职责入手是最好不过的了，但最首要的是弄清楚你上级的真正要求。其次才是你的发挥和奇思妙想，这里面要时刻提醒自己：9 V' C: }- {6 t! X. K; w: r9 H5 F: _
1。上级的要求是什么？- K0 W/ S" i& n) ~2 w2 d
2。我准备怎么做？1 {5 ?5 H+ p; q& v8 s4 [4 E3 Z& I
3。这样做的结果兼顾了公司和员工的利益了吗？
: H* K5 A9 H' [: o% }8 o. c; ?4。有更快和更好的方法吗？准确吗？
$ Y2 m! z- r2 P6 ^3 \% q( d至于工作，最好的导师是你的上司和同事，在此就不多说了。但建议每天晚上躺在床上，自己花个十分钟回顾一下工作过程，反思做得好的地方和需要加强的地方； 以备下次遇到同样的事情时有充足的弹药。

6 K5 H/ x" {- i& w- Q三、工作之余的学习，建议找最和工作相关的模块来学习，不要想一口吃个胖子，要是HR全盘想短期内快速消化，那几乎是不可能的事情。因此确定个近期重点想学习的模块比较好。

4.查找相关案例，尤其是有争议的案例。各大网站有很多这样的帖子。最好是找牛人的观点来看。但注意：牛人也是人，没有绝对的牛人，因此，要注意找到理论依据和事实依据，想通了就认，没想通就问。千万别不懂装懂或囫囵吞枣。

建议下载时就分好目录，依个人经验，按现在的HR各模块分是比较好的选择； 而且在各模块中可以把类似主题的归成一个文件夹 ，这样，你要用的时候就好找啦！

分析得很好。其实理论和实践都重要，光有理论会不知如何实际操作，而光有实践，可能只懂片面，容易变成知其然不知其所以然。所以建议从事HR的，先研究好日理论，然后多看博客，案例，补充实践经验（因为不是那么多人可以有丰富的经验），最后就是不断思考，整理，总结，共勉！
