我比较在意新岗位是否达到该职业行业匹配的薪资,因此,如果跳主管可能是一分不加或者降,跳经理可能是DOUBLE,跳总监可能是2-3倍

我们企业中高层以上管理者都是拿季度效益报酬的不好算有时高有时低不好衡量,确切讲是占股份高低不同,我们是企业内部“上市”。

跳槽要考虑很多很多因素呢。如果做得愉快,能有空间,暂时降一些也不是不可以。

也要看调的原因了,如果主要因素是薪资的话,至少要30%以上才好,如果是其他因素导致想跳槽,保持现状或者稍微低一点也未尝不可的

应该有个前提条件:
  你积累的能力,知识在市场上值多少;
  在市场行情的基准上,根据与招聘企业需求的匹配程度有一定的幅度;
  如果你没有准备期望薪资的满足条件,却希望涨工资~
  这跟强盗的不劳而获有什么区别呢?

若要跳槽,看几方面:
1、对今后的职业发展有很大的帮助,对于提升或补缺知识面有很好的空间,那么即使薪资没有变化,也是可以考虑的,这是积累的过程,厚积而薄发。
2、若第1条占比很小,没有较大的提升与学习空间,薪资至少要是上升50%才会考虑(当然,前提是本人的能力能够胜任)。

对于成熟的HR来说,跳槽是风险比较大的,在新公司重新建议人脉与信任,重新认识新公司的人事积累和企业文化,最快也要一年时间;弄得不好就得功败身退,这对自身的成长是不利的。所以除非有足够的吸引力,否则不要放弃现有的公司,为了眼前的“小利”而离开;因为若你是认真用心在做事,在本公司提升20%或者上升,还是很有机会的。
