我在研究中需要测量个体在组织中的个人地位知觉。但目前并无现成的量表。Eisenberger等(2002)曾开发了一个主管地位知觉量表(Eisenberger, R., Stinglhamber, F., Vandenberghe, C., Sucharski, I. L., & Rhoades, L. (2002). Perceived supervisor support: Contributions to perceived organizational support and employee retention. Journal of Applied Psychology, 87, 565–573.),项目如:“The organization holds my supervisor in high regard”; “The organization allows my supervisor to run things the way he wants”. % [ W9 W Z$ K2 \ w

什么叫“地位知觉”? 如果主管的地位知觉是 perceived supervisor support, 转成员工,就是 perceived organizational support to employees 了。是吗?
