个人觉得人力资源各块差异还是蛮大的,每个人处理事物的能力、方式各异,共性并不多,我想从时间管理上考虑,一天的开始,思考一下,昨天的业务有没有今天必须处理的,今天的业务计划是怎么安排的。然后按计划行事。

对头,都是毕业以后才学会各种成长

早上一般第一件事,开电脑看邮件,有无需要紧急对应回复的事情。
然后思考今天一天需要做什么,之后需要跟进什么,自己拿个小本子按照时间安排记录下来。
再之后就是每天的实务操作,HR的工作很琐碎,有时候有些很麻烦但是没法避免的事情会突然出来。
以上,仅是常规操作,不包括项目等其他事宜。

每个人工作,不仅仅是HR,其实都是分为两类:计划性的,临时性的。作为一名HR,以自己的岗位绩效激励与薪酬管理为例。上班的200多天中,至少会有150天的工作是不相同的,因为计划性的工作是贯穿全年,而临时性工作又是时时不同。今天我的工作计划是:1、编制个人周工作计划 2、梳理上周年度绩效激励方案汇报中公司领导的意见和要求,形成会议纪要,明确下一步待定事项沟通安排 3、与相关领导汇报沟通公司荣誉激励实施方案内容。4、沟通xx单位关于内部薪酬优化的需求
以上4条,1是最为例行的,每周一固定的。2、最是年度中固定的,年每年度12月都会做的。3则是2015年的重点事项,属于年度临时。4就完全是临时性的内容。

每天必做的就是去招聘网站刷新,然后给合适的人员打电话邀请面试
然后就是面试各部门人员
每天早上检查厕所卫生
其他的就是每周做的了

分享一下以前HR的每天工作内容:
1.刷新招聘网站,发布职位等网站日常管理。
2.筛选简历,并把简历发给用人部门审核,保持合格简历15份以上。
3.电话与人才沟通,先电话面试,觉得可以再进一步与用人部门及人才确定面试时间。
4.有员工离职的话,先收集员工的资料,了解他,然后再进一步进行离职访谈。
5.每天预留一个小时左右的时候,处理一些琐碎的事情。
