我在广东，国家人口与计划生育法草案通过，在12月份取消了相关晚婚和独生子女奖励，但好像没有国家正式文件发布？

广东省1.1发布的计划生育规定，只规定了:

第三十一条　符合法律、法规规定生育子女的夫妻，女方享受三十日的奖励假，男方享受十五日的陪产假。在规定假期内照发工资，不影响福利待遇和全勤评奖。

　　第三十二条　职工接受节育手术的，享受国家规定的假期。同时施行两种节育手术的，合并计算假期。在规定假期内照发工资，不影响福利待遇和全勤评奖。

现在公司假期管理规定都不知道咋修订了？员工咨询都不知道怎么回答了。
