某大型外企急招HR Generalist (Temp职位) 职责:招聘、离岗、薪酬等 合同期:6个月 职责: 1. Ensure the dissemination, implementation, interpretation, governance and maintenance of appropriate HR policies, processes and practices. 2. Provide support and counsel to management on performance management and employee relation’s issues. 3. Manage Payroll and Benefits administration 4. Support recruitment activities such as posting, sourcing and recruiting for open positions as well as induction activities. 5. In charge of HR reports including but not limited to: headcount reports, man-hour reports, training report, hiring and attrition reports etc. as per request for the company and labor authorities. 6. Serve as a liaison with internal departments/divisions and/or outside organizations. 7. 是specialist 吧?这样的工作内容好像离HR Generalist 差距比较远啊。
