某大型外企急招HR Generalist (Temp职位)
职责:招聘、离岗、薪酬等
合同期:6个月
职责:
1. Ensure the dissemination, implementation, interpretation, governance and maintenance of appropriate HR policies, processes and practices.
2. Provide support and counsel to management on performance management and employee relation’s issues.
3. Manage Payroll and Benefits administration
4. Support recruitment activities such as posting, sourcing and recruiting for open positions as well as induction activities.
5. In charge of HR reports including but not limited to: headcount reports, man-hour reports, training report, hiring and attrition reports etc. as per request for the company and labor authorities.
6. Serve as a liaison with internal departments/divisions and/or outside organizations.
7. Support the administration of Training program including arrangement and follow up.
要求:1、5年以上HR经验
2、英语书面流利,并能进行简单口语沟通
工作地点:上海虹桥机场附近 青浦 (有班车)
到岗时间:尽快(最晚一月中旬)
