Our client is an IT powerhouse and its products share a large percentage of the market, globally and in China and they are making great strides in implementing their business strategy that is creating a stir around the world with its ambition and drive. This is a critical role for this exciting, growing technology organization, this is a newly created position, it will develops and implements compensation and benefit strategies for the company national wide (including HK, TW), to ensure the attraction, motivation, and retention of 8,000 professional staff for both short-term and long term goals. Responsibilities: · Direct and lead the company’s overall compensation and benefit strategy, vision and business objectives. · Prepare and present analysis and presentations for corporate executives. Lead the administration of the executive compensation program. · Conduct or involve in global C&B system integrationf for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, integration support in all areas, such as Job family identification, Banding system review etc. · Design and plan annualy corperate C&B budget, and monitor the cost control cross the year. · Direct, guide and develop compensation and benefits team. · Research innovative compensation methodology and industry trends. Develop, define and direct the total reward philosophy for different divisions, to meet the C&B needs of each business unit across the group, and in different regions. · Negotiates coverage services and costs with service providers. · Develop and implement/deliver training programs and communication materials to ensure consistent and effective understanding and application of C&B programs through HR people and all levels of management · Establish and review C&B policies, rules, and regulations according to company’s HR directory, ensuring these are in line with legal requirements; Requirements: · Bachlar degree is reqired, major in HR, finance, economic, sciences or engineering. Advanced degree preferred, such as MBA, Ms. etc. · Ten years relevant experience, A minimum of three (3) years recent experience as the top Compensation and Benefits leader of a company with 3,000+ employees · A broad breadth of experience across all areas of C&B. · Must have demonstrated experience in developing and administering complex strategies and philosophies, as well as the ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed focus on execution · Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain solid partnerships with all levels of leadership. Experience draft and present professional reports for executive team · Prior related experience in multinational environment; · Effective and sophisticated interpersonal/communications skills including an excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Priorities: Has been in HR generalist positions; Experience in C&B system integration projects; Global C&B awareness; Consulting firm expereience; IT industry experience or similar 有意者发简历到 laura.bai@consultcareer.com.cn 010 -58793883
