[font=Arial]* Provide proactive HR support to assigned GE businesses in CTC including recruiting & staffing, compensation & benefits administration, talent assessment and development, performance management, & employee relations and communication
* Partner with assigned business leaders & HR teams to set both long term and short term organization strategy and implement strategic HR initiatives to ensure the ultimate effectiveness of the organization
* Provide advice and coaching to business leaders and employees for HR policies and practice
* Lead and participate in HR projects
* Work closely with GE Global HR team and establish strong network and ties with HR team in China[/font][/size]

[font=Arial]* Bachelor degree in relevant fields with 5 +yrs HR experience in multinational companies
* HR generalist experience including recruiting, performance management, employee relations & development, and coaching
* High energy level with strong customer service mindset & can-do attitude
* Great team player and ability to work effectively with a global team in a matrix organization environment
* Proven ability and leadership to drive changes and offer solutions to complex issues
* Excellent interpersonal & communication (Chinese & English) skills[/font][/size]
