广东困难企业可获三项补贴

根据新规定，2009年，广东省困难企业采取在岗培训、轮班工作、协商薪酬等办法稳定员工队伍，并保证不裁员或少裁员的，可视为稳定就业岗位， 记者日前从广东省劳动和社会保障厅获悉，为切实帮助困难企业增强抵御金融危机的能力，广东省最近出台政策，允许困难企业在一定期限内缓缴社会保险费，而且为困难企业提供社会保险补贴、岗位补贴、在岗职工职业技能培训补贴。 　　新政策规定，各地级以上市在确保社会保险待遇按时足额发放、社会保险基金不出现缺口的前提下，对暂时无力缴纳社会保险费的困难企业，可申请在一 定期限内缓缴养老、失业、医疗、工伤和生育保险费。缓缴执行期暂定为2009年1月至6月，缓缴期限最长不超过6个月。据测算，五个险种全部缓缴后，将可 为全省企业增加流动资金约10亿元。 　　为鼓励困难企业稳定就业岗位，广东提出通过扩大失业保险基金使用范围等办法，对困难企业实行社会保险补贴、岗位补贴、在岗职工职业技能培训补贴。      并申请享受社会保险补贴或岗位补贴；此外，困难企业组织在岗职工开展技能提升、转业转岗、安全生产等方面职业技能培训的，培训所需资金按照规定从企业职工 教育培训经费中列支，不足部分可申请在岗职工职业技能培训补贴。

广东政府对企业这么照顾， 
其它省有类似的政策吗？ 
我期待上海的
