任职资格的具体描述：
4 F6 b; e) b+ R9 Q; G1.Bachelor’s degree in reservoir engineering with 5-8 year working experience. Experience in project management will be preferred.* I C7 K: Z* H9 t3 M
油藏工程专业本科以上学历，有5-8年数值模拟相关工作经验，有项目管理经验者优先
3 }; w# n, H& n2.Familiar with the whole process of reservoir engineering project like reservoir geomodeling, classical reservoir engineering analysis, numerical simulation and history matching " g+ H% A6 P* @( O. X6 @
熟悉油藏项目的整个流程，包括地质建模、传统油藏工程分析、数值模拟、历史拟合等
1 S( O* W) M( \1 o3.Be good at reservoir simulation by using commercial software (such as Eclipse/VIP/CMG etc.) – model construction, history matching and forecasting for conventional and unconventional reservoirs
9 x$ r/ _% x0 K% ?熟练应用Eclipse/VIP/CMG等进行数值模拟，包括对常规油田和非常规油田的模型建立、历史拟合及预测等- V( R4 E, a) Y* t# ]9 }5 ^) H
4.Ability to integrate reservoir (PVT, SCAL, pressure), production, and geologic data to develop a dynamic reservoir description in producing fields, preferably hydraulic fracture or waterflood developments: j# m- L2 @+ m$ R* o$ J: W) A% A

6.Good at spoken and written English, strong communication skills, overseas working experience is highly preferred
